Nanoscale Ferroelectric and Multiferroic Heterostructures



Group’s recent work has been dedicated to the growth, structural and physical properties investigations of superlattices combining ferromagnetic and ferroelectric oxides, such as, all-ferromagnetic La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 / SrRuO3 with antiferromagnetic interlayer coupling and La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 / BaTiO3/ SrRuO3 superlattices.
